Our loyal patrons truly loved this 1.2~1.3 kilo roasted and wonderfully seasoned crispy Roast Chicken. Everybody was overjoyed at the flavor of this offering. Well, everybody except the Chicken (and who knows, maybe the fowl was proud to give its life for the sake of culinary art?!)
Crispy and tasty, but perfect? We always felt there was room to improve. Over the years we have been trying every trick in the book to deliver juicier, better-flavored fowl flesh. We could always envision the illusory goal of culinary magnificence – and now our quest has paid off.

How did we carry it off, and how are we doing it today? What arcane elixir of excellence did we discover, and secretly develop?
Well, our girls are constantly on the lookout for plump, appealing birds, and when they track down a flock, we swing into action.
First the poor things are mass hypnotized, using the occult black arts of a greatly-feared Dukun. He puts a powerful spell on these dumb birds.
Then we have the target flock ritually stoned to death, facing a west-north-westerly direction: this absolutely ensures the tenderness of the Meat. (We used to have them tickled-to-death but today prefer to tickle the girls instead).
Finally, dear patron, the dearly departed Fowl is dressed in funereal finery: a shroud of spices, just the thing to propel it to paradise, as it turns onto the grill, roasting slowly to perfection.
